How long does it take to build my website?

Typically 1–3 weeks from signed agreement to launch. It depends on the complexity of the project and how quickly you can provide content and feedback. I'll give you a specific estimate in our first call.
Is there a setup fee or upfront cost?

No setup fee. Your first monthly payment covers the design and build of your website. Everything is included in the flat monthly rate — that's the whole point.
What if I want to cancel?

Starter and Growth plans require a minimum of 6 months, after which you can cancel with 1 month's notice. Pro plans are 6 months minimum. You keep all your content and can export everything.
What counts as a "content change"?

Text updates, image swaps, adding a product, changing prices, updating contact info — anything that takes under 30 minutes. Larger structural changes (new pages, new features) are discussed separately.
Do you build webshops and e-commerce sites?

Yes — e-commerce is available on the Pro plan, using Shopify or WooCommerce depending on your needs. I'll recommend the right platform in our discovery call.
I'm not technical at all — is that a problem?
