How soon can my website go live?
I aim for a first preview within 48 hours after receiving your answers and photos. A complete website usually takes 1–3 weeks, depending on scope and your feedback.
Are there setup fees?
Monthly plans have no separate setup fee. Design and development are included in the subscription. We discuss external costs and additional work in advance.
How does cancellation work?
The minimum subscription term is 12 months. After that, you can cancel with one month’s notice. You retain your own content. We agree export, handover and hosting arrangements in advance.
What is a small content change?
An update taking no more than 30 minutes, such as changing text, a photo or a price. Starter includes two changes a month. Growth includes unlimited small changes. Larger changes are discussed separately.
Can you build a webshop?
Yes, Pro includes a webshop option. We choose a suitable platform together and agree the scope, integrations and any platform or transaction fees in advance.
What do SEO and GEO mean?
SEO helps search engines understand your website. GEO focuses on clear, useful content for AI search experiences. I work on technology, structure and content; specific rankings or mentions are not guaranteed.
Can I start without a subscription?
Yes. A one-off custom website starts at €900 excluding VAT. Ongoing hosting, support and SEO/GEO are not included. We agree the exact scope together.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Tell me about your business and provide your content and photos. I handle the technical work and explain the choices in plain language.
